Please be aware that as an importer we are strictly trade only, supplying wholesalers/retailers for onward sale/hire.
Simply register HERE, to submit your application for access to prices and ordering.
Our sales team will review the application (between office hours, 8:30am - 5pm Monday
- Friday) and email you when access has been granted. In the unlikely event you
do not hear back from us within a couple of days, please get in touch.
Once access has been granted, use your email address and a onetime code to log in. View products and order freely.
Browse products and populate your basket with lots of beautiful flowers.
When you have finished, go to your basket, click proceed to checkout and follow instructions.
Please allow 1-2 days for a simple 'pick n pack' order (Flowers & Stems only)
Orders with arrangements & bouquets take a little longer as we make these products by hand, to order. Please allow up to 5 working days.
Lotus will contact you by telephone to book in your delivery.

UK Mainland
Minimum spend - £150 + delivery cost…
Nonfragile* - £15 delivery charde. Free delivery on orders over £300.
Fragile items** - Delivery charge is calculated on delivery postcode.
We will split this charge if the
order is over £450.
Free delivery on orders over £600.
Northern Ireland
Nonfragile* - £300 minimum spend + £20 delivery charge
Fragile items** - £1000 minimum spend + £15 customs charge. Free delivery.
Southern Ireland & Dublin
Minimum Spend £1000 + £85 Customs charge.
Free delivery.
*Nonfragile – Flowers, Foliage, Stems and any non-breakable
items
**Fragile items - Vases,
Trees, Complete Arrangements, Any items over 1m.
Orders with arrangements & bouquets take a little longer in production as we make these by hand, to order. Please allow up to 5 working days.
Very occasionally we may have to change a component in the arrangement or bouquet, compared to the advertised photo online. If the change is significant, we will contact you for approval before making up the order.
Times have changed dramatically over the years and we rarely offer trade accounts these days.
All new customers are pro-forma and pay at checkout by credit/debit card/BAC's for each order placed online.
If however, you would like to apply for a 30day credit account with Lotus Imports Ltd please email our sales team. sales@lotusimports.co.uk
We ask for at least 6 months trading history with us and invite you to complete a credit application form, you will also need to supply 2 trade references.
Lotus Imports Ltd reserve the right to review/remove credit privileges at anytime.
There is no need for a password with our new site, just enter your email and we'll send you a code to login with.
The sales team will contact you to discuss a possible replacement.
Alternatively on request, we can remove the item and pop it on back order, or leave it up to you to reorder again at your leisure. This may affect delivery costs if your order then falls below carriage paid/minimum order.
Please note any amendments to your order will be updated online and require approval. You will be prompted by email to approve these amendments before payment can be taken on dispatch.
Tip; On all coming soon/out of stock products, click the "Email me when available" button and you will be notified as soon as they come into stock!
Yes, we can supply overseas customers by delivering to your chosen shipper (UK mainland), from there onward delivery is arranged by yourselves.
Yes! We have a beautiful 3,500sqft showroom packed with themed displays and room settings plus an extended height celling especially to show off our HUGE Artificial Trees!

We also have a show van which tours the country visiting customers door to door. The van displays our best sellers, new and seasonal ranges. Please contact us to arrange your visit.
