Delivery
Please find our delivery terms and charges below:
1. Order Processing
- Orders are dispatched within 7 working days of receipt. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
2. Non-Fragile Goods Delivery (Mainland UK)
- Minimum Spend: £150 (plus VAT) + £15 delivery.
- FREE Delivery: £300+ spend (plus VAT).
- Same Day Dispatch: Subject to availability.
3. Fragile Goods. (Pallet service only) 2-3 day courier service
(e.g. arrangements, bouquets, vases, crystals, long stems, potpourri) (Mainland UK)
- Minimum Spend: £150 (plus VAT) + delivery.
- FREE Delivery: £600+ spend (plus VAT).
- Half Price Delivery: Orders over £400 (plus VAT).
- Additional Charges upon request:
- Next Day: £7 per pallet
- AM/PM Specific: £10
- Timed Delivery: £20
- Saturday: £50
4. Special UK Postcodes
- IV & KW (Pallet service only): £1000+ spend (plus VAT) for free delivery.
5. Northern, Southern Ireland & EU (Pallet Service Only)
- Southern Ireland: £1000+ spend (plus VAT) + £85 for customs.
- Northern Ireland: £1000+ spend (plus VAT) + £15 customs clearance.
- **NEW** BT Post code (Box service): Orders over £300 with Non-Fragile Goods: £20 delivery (no customs fees, 2-3 days delivery).
6. Overseas Orders (Pallet service only)
- Orders of £600+ to be delivered to your UK shipping address. Final delivery from there is arranged by your shipper.
7. Product Availability
- If an item is unavailable, we’ll help suggest alternatives to maintain the required order value and delivery charges.
8. Delivery Responsibility
- We use third-party couriers. While we aim for on-time delivery, we can't be held responsible for delays or issues caused by the courier.
