FRAGILE GOODS UK (Mainland) Additional Charges per pallet - Next Day £7.00 / AM/PM Specific £10.00 / Timed Specific £20.00 / Saturday Delivery £50.00

NON FRAGILE GOODS: UK (Mainland) Carriage Free Order - £300 (plus VAT) - Next Day Service from when the order leaves our warehouse.

Postcodes beginning with IV and KW - FRAGILE GOODS ONLY - Minimum spend and carriage paid order - £1000 spend before VAT

Northern Ireland (FULL pallet service only) - Minimum spend & carriage paid is £1,000 before VAT (plus the charge of £15 for customs clearance which may differ depending on the amount of different items ordered which will be calculated when the order is ready for despatch)

Southern Ireland & EU Countries (FULL pallet service only) - Minimum spend & carriage paid is £1,000 before VAT (plus the charge of £85 for customs clearance) You will also have to pay duty on your order, our terms are DAP so you will be asked for this separately by the revenue once your goods are with customs, this will differ depending on the items you have ordered and are not decided or dealt with by Lotus Imports. 

Please note: If a product is no longer available or has sold out between placing the order online and despatch, this will affect your order value and charges may apply. We are always happy to advise alternative products to ensure your order value remains the same to meet carriage paid or minimum order.

Overseas customers (pallet only orders - £600+ order value) by delivering to your shippers in UK mainland (the above rules apply), from there the delivery is arranged and funded by the customer.

Please note we use 3rd party couriers who aim to deliver the goods on the date we have booked this in with you, naturally problems can occur therefore we can not be held responsible for them.
