Our returns policy (Updated July 2021)
If you have a discrepancy, shortage or a damaged item please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order to resolve this issue.
If a product is not to your taste, please contact us within 7 days, you will then have up to 14 days to return the items to us for a full refund/credit.
Please note ALL items must be in the original packaging, full box quantity and the full amount you ordered. The postage for this style of return the will be at your own cost.
To protect our customers, we are unable to accept any returns if the items are not in a saleable state, ie; Damaged in transit, not the full and complete quantity you ordered. We may refuse the delivery and we are unable to issue a refund.
Equally if items are returned without contacting us in advance to discuss your discrepancies, we reserve the right to refuse the delivery and we will be unable to issue a refund.
This again is to protect the loyalty of our customers and prevent the public from ordering items at wholesale prices from us with the intention of returning what they do not need.
Discounted items, clearance, last chance to buy or reduced priced items cannot be returned/refunded.
All refunds/credits are processed within 14 days.
