1.Registration & Placing an order on line.
Please be aware that we are strictly a trade only website.
For trade customers it is very simple and easy to use our online ordering system. Firstly register, to apply for access to the online catalogue. You will receive an email to confirm when your access is up and running. (Please be aware that office hours are between 8.30am and 5pm Monday-Friday. Access can only be registered and accepted by Lotus Imports Ltd between these times, once your registration is complete you can access the website any time). All price shown exclude VAT.
2. Setting up a credit account with Lotus
All new customers are asked to pay pro-forma for the first few transactions. If you would like to have a 30 day credit account with Lotus Imports Ltd you can apply by filling out a credit application form and supplying two trade references. Please contact the sales team for a credit application form.
3. I have forgotten my password.
No problem, simply click the link and you will be sent an email to reset it.
4. What happens if an item I've ordered goes out of stock?
We will put the item on back order and you will be contacted once it is back in stock.
5. How do I pay?
Once we have received your order, we like to double check the stock levels. We will contact you once the order is ready to be despatched. Payments can be made by BACS, Cheque, debit or credit card (credit cards incur a 2% charge).
