1. Registration & Placing an order on line

Please be aware that we are strictly a trade only website. For trade customers it is very simple and easy to use our online ordering system. Firstly register, to apply for access to our prices. You will receive an email (please check your junk box) to confirm when your access is up and running. (Please be aware that office hours are between 8.30am and 5pm Monday-Friday. Access can only be registered and accepted by Lotus Imports Ltd between these times, once your registration is complete you can access the website any time). All price shown exclude VAT.

2. Our made to order Arrangements and Bouquets

All our bouquets and arrangements are made to order and can take up to a week to be made and dried ready for despatch. Occasionally due to stock levels we may have to change a component in the arrangement or bouquet compared to the photo we have shown on the website. If the change we make is very different we will make you aware once your order is placed.

3. Setting up a credit account with Lotus

All new customers are asked to pay pro-forma until some history of orders is built up. After this if you would like to have a 30 day credit account with Lotus Imports Ltd you can apply by filling out a credit application form and supplying two trade references. Please contact the sales team for a credit application form.

4. I have forgotten my password

No problem, simply click the link and you will be sent an email to reset it.

5. What happens if an item I've ordered goes out of stock?

We will put the item on back order and you will be contacted once it is back in stock. If an item is out of stock on the website that you wish to order please click the 'email when available' button on the item so you will be notified as soon as they come into stock!

6. How do I pay?

Once we have received your order, we like to double check the stock levels. We will contact you once the order is ready to be despatched. Payments can be made by BACS or over the phone by card. 

7. Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, We can supply overseas customers by delivering to your chosen shippers in England, from there the delivery is arranged by the customer.

8. Do you have a showroom?

Yes, our new showroom is now open for visits! Please note this is NOT located at our office address on google, the showroom address is Lotus Imports LTD, Rastrum, Rye Wharf, Harbour Road, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7TF

(this is strictly by appointment only so please contact us to book in). We also have a show van which is available for visits so please contact us if you wish to arrange this!
